Bournemouth Hybrid Full time, Permanent

£35,000 - £45,000

Are you a paid media specialist with a strong analytical brain and the confidence to take ownership of campaigns end-to-end? Do you love solving performance challenges properly using data, logic and structure rather than guesswork?

We’re partnering with an incredible digital agency to find a PPC Specialist who combines strong platform expertise with a mathematical mindset. We’re looking for someone with a background in maths, statistics or a similar quantitative discipline — someone who naturally sees patterns, understands probability, and builds paid strategies that are elegant as well as effective.

Financial services experience would be a real bonus. Professionals from that world often approach performance marketing differently, with precision, modelling, and commercial rigour. That thinking translates beautifully into ecommerce growth.

The Role

You’ll manage end-to-end paid media campaigns across key platforms including Google Ads and paid social, supporting a portfolio of ambitious ecommerce brands.

From campaign architecture and planning through to optimisation, reporting and scaling, you’ll be responsible for delivering measurable performance improvements driven by insight rather than instinct. You’ll work closely with clients and internal teams to shape strategy, identify opportunities, and continuously refine performance.

This is a role for someone who enjoys genuine problem-solving — someone who wants to understand why performance moves, not just react to it. You’ll build robust campaign structures, develop testing frameworks, and use data to guide commercial decision-making.

You may come from an agency or in-house background — what matters most is that you bring analytical depth, platform confidence, and the ability to take ownership of performance.

Skills and Experience

  • Has around 3–5 years’ commercial experience in paid media / PPC
  • Has strong hands-on experience managing campaigns in Google Ads (paid social highly beneficial)
  • Holds a qualification in Maths, Statistics or a related quantitative discipline (essential)
  • Is confident managing campaigns independently and making structured optimisation decisions
  • Has strong analytical skills and enjoys working deeply with performance data
  • Has excellent attention to detail and campaign structure
  • Has financial services experience (highly desirable but not essential)
  • Is comfortable working directly with stakeholders and contributing to strategy
  • Enjoys working collaboratively in an agency environment

Benefits

You’ll join a smart, collaborative agency environment with strong client relationships and ambitious ecommerce brands. You’ll have real ownership of your campaigns and the opportunity to influence performance in a meaningful way, while continuing to develop your expertise alongside experienced specialists across SEO, data and performance.

This is a chance to apply serious analytical thinking to paid media and build elegant, high-impact performance strategies.

Sound Good?

If you’re a paid media specialist who thinks differently and wants to take ownership of performance while building sophisticated, data-led solutions, we’d love to hear from you.
