We’re working with a well-established digital agency in Bristol that’s entering an exciting new chapter — including a move to a brilliant new office space. They’re looking for a Paid Media Specialist who can hit the ground running with Google and Meta campaigns, while developing across LinkedIn, TikTok and Reddit.
Hybrid working and flexi-time are part of the culture, but at this level it’s ideal if you’re keen to spend a few days a week in the office — learning through collaboration, conversation, and a bit of good old agency osmosis.
The Role
As Paid Media Specialist, you’ll manage campaigns end-to-end — from planning and build through to optimisation, analysis and reporting. You’ll work across a varied portfolio of clients, many of whom have long-standing relationships with the agency, giving you the chance to really understand their businesses and make a lasting impact.
Your core focus will be Google Ads and Meta, but you’ll also get exposure to LinkedIn, TikTok and Reddit as part of wider strategies. You’ll monitor performance daily, adjust budgets and bids, test creative, and make data-led decisions to drive the best possible results.
You’ll collaborate closely with colleagues across SEO, email, CRM and data, learning from specialists in each area and contributing to integrated campaigns. This is a role with real responsibility, but also plenty of support and room to develop.
Skills and Experience
- Can confidently manage Google Ads and Meta campaigns from start to finish
- Has experience in paid media (agency experience is preferable but not essential)
- Understands how to optimise campaigns based on performance data
- Is organised and comfortable juggling multiple clients and priorities
- Communicates clearly with colleagues and clients
- Is keen to learn new platforms like LinkedIn, TikTok and Reddit
- Brings a proactive, positive attitude and enjoys being part of a team
