Bristol Hybrid Full time, Permanent

£40,000 - £45,000

Are you a performance marketer who loves having full ownership of paid media strategy, implementation, and optimisation? Do you want the autonomy to make an impact while working with a purpose-led eCommerce brand that’s going from strength to strength?

We’re looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to join a very successful, purpose-driven online retail business. You’ll lead the management of large-scale Meta and Google Ads campaigns: driving growth, improving efficiency, and delivering measurable results across high-value accounts. This is a hands-on role, suited to someone confident running their own campaigns.  You’ll have experience managing paid media ad spend budgets exceeding £100k per month, and making data-led decisions that move the needle.

The Role

As Growth Marketing Manager, you’ll be responsible for end-to-end ownership of paid media – shaping strategy, managing budgets, implementing campaigns, and continuously optimising for performance. You’ll work across Meta and Google Ads to deliver customer acquisition and revenue growth, running tests across creative, audiences, bidding strategies, and landing pages to drive performance improvements.

You’ll also contribute to the affiliate marketing programme as part of the wider growth team. You don’t need prior affiliate experience – training and support will be provided – but you should be excited to learn about, and contribute to, how the channel fits into a holistic growth strategy.

Collaboration is key. You’ll work closely with the Head of Paid and other marketing specialists to ensure paid media activity aligns with product launches, promotions, and wider business goals, while staying on top of platform updates and emerging opportunities.

Skills and Experience

  • Has proven experience managing and scaling Meta and Google Ads campaigns end-to-end
  • Has managed paid media budgets of at least £100k per month
  • Understands performance marketing principles, including attribution, segmentation, and CRO
  • Is highly analytical, data-driven, and confident interpreting and presenting performance insights
  • (Nice to have) Has some exposure to or interest in affiliate marketing – training will be provided
  • Is proficient with tools such as Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, and Google Analytics
  • Communicates clearly, collaborates well, and thrives working autonomously in a fast-paced environment
  • Has a growth mindset – always testing, learning, and improving

Benefits

You’ll be joining a thriving eCommerce brand that combines purpose with performance and fosters a collaborative, down-to-earth culture. Alongside a competitive salary and incentives, you’ll enjoy 25 days’ holiday per year, BUPA Healthcare, life cover, a company pension, and access to a cycle-to-work scheme. There are paid charity volunteering days, generous staff discounts, and hybrid working flexibility.

This is an incredible opportunity to take full ownership of high-impact paid media campaigns within a growing, purpose-led business that values creativity, independence, and continuous learning.
