£37,000 - £44,000
This is a chance to join a specialist performance marketing agency that does things properly. They are an exclusively specialist agency, operating in highly competitive, regulated markets where accuracy, discipline and performance really matter. The business is tech-led, data-driven and built by an experienced leadership team who care more about output than long hours, which is why they run a genuine 4-day working week.
The Role
This is a hands-on Paid Media Manager role for someone who enjoys being close to the numbers. You’ll take ownership of the day-to-day delivery of paid media across a portfolio of financial services clients, ensuring campaigns are accurate, well paced and improving week on week. There’s no expectation to “sell strategy” here – senior leadership set direction, while you focus on execution, optimisation and performance.
You’ll be building, managing and optimising campaigns primarily across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads, with additional exposure to Meta and LinkedIn where relevant. You’ll be trusted to spot issues early, keep budgets under control, and communicate clearly with clients and internal teams.
Skills and Experience
-
Hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns across Google Ads and other major platforms
-
Strong understanding of day-to-day campaign delivery, optimisation, pacing and QA
-
Confidence working with budgets, performance targets and clear KPIs
-
Ability to analyse performance data and turn insights into practical improvements and tests
-
Experience producing clear, concise performance reporting with commentary and next steps
-
Comfortable working autonomously in an agency environment with minimal oversight
-
Strong communication skills when working with clients and internal stakeholders
-
Experience in regulated or performance-led sectors is beneficial, but not essential
Benefits
Alongside a salary of £37k–£44k depending on experience, you’ll get a genuine 4-day working week (Monday to Thursday), hybrid working and flexible hours. There’s also a profit-sharing bonus scheme, generous annual leave plus a Christmas shutdown, and a well-equipped office with breakfast and lunches provided, great coffee, free parking and regular team socials.
