Are you a data-driven PPC Specialist looking to take ownership of large-scale campaigns for a fast-growing EdTech brand? This is a brilliant opportunity to join one of the UK’s highest-rated online education providers.
You’ll be joining a pioneering business that delivers academic support to students on an international level. The company is scaling rapidly and is now looking for an experienced PPC Specialist to drive the continued growth of one of their key brands, with full responsibility for strategy, implementation, and optimisation.
This is a senior, hands-on role where you’ll manage significant budgets and deliver results that directly impact business performance. You’ll have full autonomy to shape and refine campaigns across Google Ads, Bing, remarketing and display, all while driving innovation and best practice.
The Role
You’ll take full ownership of the PPC strategy and performance for one of the company’s core brands, with a focus on delivering high-quality leads, improving conversion rates, and driving profitable growth. You’ll manage budgets, bids, and performance data, with a constant eye on improving CTRs, conversion rates, ROAS and customer lifetime value.
A key part of the role will involve in-depth analysis and performance reporting. You’ll generate detailed insights, drive continuous optimisation, and present clear, data-backed recommendations to stakeholders.
You’ll also be responsible for managing tracking and analytics, including Google Tag Manager and GA4, and will proactively identify opportunities for testing and innovation across paid media.
You’ll collaborate closely with internal teams, contribute to wider acquisition and revenue targets, and stay ahead of the curve with the latest PPC trends and techniques.

- Strong experience in conversion rate analysis, ROI reporting and performance optimisation.
- Proficient in Google Tag Manager and web analytics tools.
- Experience managing large-scale, high-turnover PPC accounts and budgets.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Proactive, results-driven, and commercially focused.
- Experience in the education or EdTech sector is desirable.
Benefits
You’ll be joining an ambitious, high-growth EdTech business with a strong international presence. The company offers a dynamic and collaborative culture, and you’ll have the chance to make a real impact on a leading brand within the group. This is a fully remote role, with a highly competitive salary of up to £60k plus performance-related bonus, and the opportunity to shape PPC strategy at scale. There is a hybrid working pattern on offer here of 2-3 days a week in the office in East London (Zone 2) and the rest remote/WFH.
