Are you a Paid Media Manager who thrives on creative strategy, testing new ideas, and pushing campaigns beyond the obvious? Do you want to work closely with exciting DTC brands and play a central role in shaping how their paid media evolves?
We’re partnering with a specialist growth agency focused on ambitious consumer brands across sectors like food, drink, beauty and wellness. They’re looking for a Paid Media Manager with strong Meta and Google experience to lead strategy, execution and optimisation across a portfolio of wonderful clients.

The Role
As Paid Media Manager, you’ll own paid media campaigns end-to-end, from strategy and planning through to implementation, optimisation and reporting. Your core focus will be Meta and Google Ads, with additional opportunities to explore emerging channels like Pinterest, TikTok and other digital media platforms.
You’ll work closely with senior growth specialists and creative teams to develop campaigns that are both strategically sound and creatively impactful. You’ll test new ideas, analyse performance deeply, and continuously refine campaigns to deliver meaningful commercial results.
You’ll also present performance insights directly to clients, translating data into clear recommendations and helping them understand how paid media contributes to growth. Campaign budgets typically range from £10k to £50k+ per month, giving you meaningful scale and impact.
Skills and Experience
- Has proven experience managing campaigns across Meta and Google Ads
- Is confident developing and executing paid media strategies end-to-end
- Has strong analytical skills and can translate data into actionable insight
- Is proactive, curious and excited to test new ideas and channels
- Communicates clearly and confidently with clients and internal teams
- Enjoys working collaboratively in a fast-paced agency environment
- Has experience with Pinterest, TikTok or emerging channels (helpful but not essential)
