The Role

We’re working with a professional services organisation to find a Marketing Technology Manager to join their growing team. This is a brand new role that will sit at the centre of a high-performing marketing function, helping to drive smarter, more efficient ways of working across systems, data, and delivery.

You’ll be the go-to for all things operations – managing dashboards, reporting, workflows, and budgets, while also shaping the firm’s marketing tech roadmap (including adoption of AI tools). The goal? To enable the team to work more collaboratively, track performance more effectively, and scale with confidence.

You’ll work across departments including Business Development, Digital, CRM, IT, and Finance. If you’re someone who enjoys connecting the dots between data, process, and performance,  this is a brilliant opportunity to make your mark in a future-focused role.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Owning reporting, dashboards and campaign performance tracking across all channels (Power BI / Looker Studio)

  • Supporting the evolution of marketing systems, including CRM and automation tools

  • Collaborating with campaign leads to track ROI on lead-generating activities (including events)

  • Managing the centralised marketing activity calendar and resource planning

  • Acting as the point of contact for data, compliance and CRM optimisation

  • Helping shape and deliver the marketing tech roadmap, including AI tool adoption

  • Managing budget planning and spend analysis in partnership with Finance

  • Overseeing marketing assets and event logistics across office locations

  • Supporting training, development, and internal process improvements across the team

Skills and Experience

  • Experience in a marketing operations or performance role, ideally in professional services
  • Strong analytical mindset and confidence working with data, reporting and KPIs
  • Familiar with tools like Power BI, Looker Studio, InterAction, or similar CRMs
  • Skilled at project management, process mapping, and cross-team collaboration
  • Personable and confident engaging with stakeholders at all levels
  • Knowledge of platforms like WordPress, ON24, Concep, or experience with marketing AI tools is a bonus
  • Proactive, solutions-focused and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
