£40,000 - £50,000
The Role
We’re excited to be working on a brand-new Marketing Manager opportunity for a growing premium retail brand based in Cheltenham. This is a broad, hands-on role covering everything from digital campaigns to email, print, outdoor and brand partnerships – with a real mix of creativity and commercial thinking.
With a strong eCommerce presence and a portfolio of premium stores, this business is focused on delivering standout customer experiences across all marketing touchpoints. You’ll play a key part in shaping the company-wide marketing strategy, managing a small team, and delivering campaigns across multiple channels including PPC, email, SEO, social, and offline.
You’ll also be leading on website content, UX improvements, email automation, affiliate marketing, and campaign reporting – so there’s real variety and ownership here. From briefing creatives and analysing Google Analytics, to managing relationships with agencies and suppliers, you’ll be right at the heart of driving traffic, conversions, and customer engagement.
The business is fast-paced, collaborative, and has big plans for growth both in the UK and internationally. As part of the senior leadership team, you’ll have the chance to contribute to wider business decisions and make a genuine impact from day one.
If you’re someone who thrives in a busy environment, loves the mix of strategy and doing, and has a background in premium retail or eCommerce, this could be your ideal next move.
