The Role
We’re working with a Bristol based organisation as they look to hire a Marketing Coordinator. This is a key role supporting the delivery of high-quality campaigns across digital channels, while also helping to grow the business’s online presence and brand visibility.
You’ll work closely with the Senior Marketing Coordinator to design and deliver targeted, engaging campaigns that attract niche and diverse audiences for research projects. This will include everything from setting up qualification activities and managing content calendars, to monitoring campaign performance and responding to participant queries.
The role is varied and hands-on, you’ll get stuck into social media, SEO content creation, digital community engagement, and participant support. You’ll also play a vital role in keeping communications on-brand and data compliant, while exploring new tools and platforms for hard-to-reach audiences.

Skills and Experience

Proven content creation skills for web and social platforms

Confident working with tools like Meta, LinkedIn, Mailchimp, and Canva

Basic understanding of SEO, email marketing, and CMS platforms like WordPress

Comfortable using data tools like Google Analytics and spreadsheets for insight and reporting

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for tone and detail

Ability to manage multiple deadlines and juggle competing priorities
