The Role

Digital Tonic are working with an amazing company as they search for a Marketing Administrator. This is a company that genuinely does so much good helping children and adults with learning difficulties and disabilities. With sites and offices all across the UK, this is a fully remote based role, but you will be expected to visit various sites as part of your role so will need access to a car.

The Marketing Administrator is a key administrative support to the company’s marketing, PR & communications strategy, and plans. You will be in charge of boosting their social media profile and managing social media channels, in order to promote growth, reach, and engagement. You will also have the ability to support on content creation for internal and external communications campaigns.

You will play a key role in supporting the Group Marketing Manager in managing POs for marketing, budget tracking, and day to day liaison with third parties to obtain marketing collateral. This role would suit an energetic and organised Marketing graduate, or Marketing Assistant, who is looking to start their career in a role where there is true progression and a variety to get stuck into the full marketing and communications mix.

Skills and Experience

• Experience in a Marketing Administration role
• Experience of creating and managing social media campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and LinkedIn
• Willingness and ability to travel to our various sites as required
• Excellent time management skills and confident liaising with external stakeholders
• Knowledge or experience of the education sector, social care or healthcare environments is preferred
