The Role

Are you looking to kick-start or grow your career in web development? We’re working with a dynamic digital agency that’s searching for a Junior Web Developer to join their talented, collaborative team. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills in a supportive environment where you’ll work on a range of exciting projects across different industries.

You’ll be involved in building modern, user-friendly websites and supporting ongoing development for clients. From day-to-day website updates to creating HTML5 banners, A/B testing experiments, and developing brand-new sites, you’ll gain hands-on experience and exposure to best-in-class coding practices. If you’re passionate about clean, efficient code and ready to grow your skills, this is the perfect next step.

This is a hybrid role based in Cirencester, with flexible working and an expectation to visit the office at least once a month.

Skills and Experience

• Experience working with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery

• Strong knowledge of open-source CMS platforms such as WordPress, Umbraco, or Drupal

• Familiarity with version control tools like Git

• Experience using Adobe Creative Cloud tools (Photoshop, XD)

• Ability to work within project management platforms (Trello, Basecamp, or similar)

• A great communicator who is comfortable working with both clients and internal teams

• Strong attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
