The Role

We are thrilled to be working alongside a growing health and wellness brand as they look to grow their team with a Junior Marketing Manager. Working across two of the major brands in the portfolio they would love someone who has previous experience working in a D2C brand with a solid understanding of retail marketing and trade shows. 

Working with the wider Retail Marketing team you will be a pivotal member of the trade shows across the portfolio of brands within the home and lifestyle sectors. You will coordinate all aspects of shows from participation, to pre-planning and post event analysis. 

In this role you will liaise with the creative teams to ensure all marketing materials are created and retail activations are set up seamlessly. Previous experience with budget management is crucial as you will be responsible for managing trade show spend.

You will support more junior members of the retail teams with retail activations. You will help to build out the retail strategy across the two brands, again overseeing major budgets and attending store visits.

Their office is based in Poole, and they are looking for 2 days a week in the office. However there is a degree of flexibility with this. The company also operates on a flexible core hour system which allows you to have a better work/life balance.

Skills and Experience 

  • Proven background working within an D2C brand
  • Previous experience in a retail marketing role would be an advantage
  • Experience of working with national and international trade shows
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office including Excel


There is a salary on offer of £33.5k. This role is located in the Poole office, ideally, you need to be in the office twice a week, but there can be flexibility on this. There are core working hours for this role (9.30am-12pm & 2pm-4pm) and there is a holiday allowance of 25 days + bank holidays with this increasing to 30 days after a year in service.
