The Role
Are you passionate about renewable energy and sustainability? Do you have experience in lead generation and customer engagement? We are supporting a forward-thinking clean tech business as they look to recruit an Inbound Sales & Marketing Executive on a 12-month maternity cover with the potential to transition into a permanent role.
In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of the business, acting as the first point of contact for inbound enquiries, generating and qualifying leads, and maintaining a high-quality CRM. You’ll be part of a Marketing department that collaborate closely with the Sales team to ensure that every opportunity is maximised, reporting weekly on your activities and ensuring all leads are accurately tracked.
This is a hands-on role where you’ll be responsible for managing multiple inbound channels including phone, email, LinkedIn, and webchat. You’ll also assist with email marketing campaigns and CRM upkeep, ensuring the system is up-to-date and optimised. This is a great opportunity to work in a dynamic, mission-led business that values innovation and sustainability.
You will be trained in the tools and systems used (Zoho CRM, Phantom Buster for LinkedIn outreach, etc.), with the chance to grow within the company and explore new opportunities as the business expands.
Skills and Experience
- Previous experience in lead generation, sales support, or B2B customer engagement
- Comfortable working across multiple inbound channels (phone, email, webchat, LinkedIn)
- Familiarity with CRM systems and keeping records up to date
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage prospects effectively
- A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to juggle different tasks
- Comfortable with a hybrid working environment (3 – 4 days a week in the office)
