The Role
We’re working with a specialist product manufacturer to recruit a Head of Marketing to lead and scale their growing function. This is a strategic leadership role where you’ll own the marketing plan, and play a key part in delivering top-line growth across ecommerce and trade channels.
You’ll be responsible for developing and executing multi-channel campaigns, launching new products, and driving brand awareness while leading a talented in-house team covering ecommerce, paid media, and content. You’ll collaborate closely with Sales and the wider SMT to ensure consistency across every customer touchpoint.

What You’ll Be Doing

Delivering the full marketing strategy and plan across digital, PR, content, and events

Driving product launches from market research through to go-to-market strategy

Managing all brand activity to increase awareness, customer engagement, and sales

Leading and mentoring a team of three across Paid Media, Ecommerce, and Marketing Support as well as managing external agencies and marketing suppliers

Collaborating closely with Sales to align campaign messaging and customer journey across Web and Trade

Delivering insightful performance reporting and KPI tracking to the Managing Director

Overseeing marketing budgets and ensuring efficient spend and ROI

Leading on the development of marketing tech, tools, and reporting capabilities
Skills and Experience

3+ years’ experience in a senior marketing leadership role, ideally in ecommerce

Strong background in multi-channel marketing, including product launches and brand campaigns

Experience working with WooCommerce websites

A commercial mindset with the ability to drive revenue through strategic marketing

Confident in managing teams and working cross-functionally with Sales, Operations and Senior Management

Excellent communication, leadership and organisational skills

Data-driven with the ability to interpret trends and performance to inform strategy

Passion for brand building, customer engagement and creating high-impact campaigns
Benefits
