Bristol Hybrid Full time

£27,000 - £32,000

Are you passionate about ecommerce and creating a brilliant online customer experience? Do you love combining creativity with data to make a website perform at its best?  A brilliant, household name brand is looking to recruit a bright and sparky, analytical eCommerce Executive who has experience of Shopify and wants to take their career to the next level as part of a fun and friendly team.

We’re looking for an eCommerce Executive to join a growing digital team and help drive online sales, optimise product presentation, and deliver an exceptional shopping experience. You’ll be hands-on with everything from merchandising and analytics to supporting campaigns, working collaboratively with a small, close-knit team where everyone pitches in and has an impact.

The Role

As Ecommerce Executive, you’ll take responsibility for the day-to-day running of the website: updating content, managing product listings, and ensuring everything reflects trading priorities and brand standards. You’ll use data and analytics tools like GA4 to monitor performance, identify trends, and make recommendations to improve conversion and user experience.

You’ll play an active role in supporting CRO initiatives, helping test ideas and refine the site journey to increase engagement and sales. You’ll also collaborate with agencies to support SEO and campaign activity, optimising pages and delivering updates across the Shopify platform.

Working closely with internal teams such as marketing, customer service, and warehouse, you’ll help keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes and ensure the customer experience is consistent from first click to final delivery.

Skills and Experience

  • Proven experience working with Shopify in a commercial ecommerce environment
  • Brings at least 1 year of experience in digital marketing, ecommerce, or online trading
  • Has a logical, analytical mindset and enjoys using data to guide decisions and improve performance
  • Understands core ecommerce metrics like conversion rate, AOV, and product performance
  • Has some exposure to CRO and enjoys testing ideas to improve customer experience
  • Communicates clearly and works well with others in a small, collaborative team
  • Is proactive, organised, and happy to roll up their sleeves to help wherever needed
  • Has great attention to detail and a keen eye for product presentation and content quality

Benefits

You’ll be joining a supportive, collaborative business that values creativity, initiative, and teamwork. This is a hands-on role where your ideas are heard, your contributions matter, and you’ll have plenty of opportunities to develop your skills in ecommerce, analytics, and optimisation.

It’s the perfect role for someone who loves ecommerce, thrives in a small team environment, and wants to make a tangible impact on how customers shop and experience a beautiful brand online.
