The Role

Are you a proactive digital marketer with a passion for e-mail, ecommerce and wellness? We’re looking for an Ecommerce Executive to join a fast-growing, founder-led food brand that’s leading the charge in a booming health category.

Working closely with the Head of Ecommerce, you’ll support a variety of digital initiatives designed to grow online revenue and improve customer experience. Your day-to-day will involve executing weekly email campaigns – from planning content and writing copy to testing and analysing results – and managing product pages, landing pages and other on-site content to ensure everything is accurate, compelling, and aligned with brand standards.

This is a hybrid position with most of the work done remotely, and one day per week in our Gloucestershire office. If you’re excited to take ownership, move fast, and make a visible impact in a brand’s growth journey, this is the opportunity for you.

Skills and Experience

  • Ideally you will have 1–2 years of experience in ecommerce, e-mail marketing, or a related role where you’ve gained hands-on experience with digital tools and customer-facing platforms.
  • Working knowledge of Shopify and Klaviyo (or similar platforms), with the confidence to learn quickly if you’re not already fluent.
  • Strong analytical skills and be comfortable pulling data, interpreting performance metrics, and making data-informed decisions.
  • Proactive mindset, always looking for opportunities to improve UX, optimise content, and drive conversions.
  • A basic understanding of SEO, online merchandising, and digital best practices that influence customer journeys.
  • You will have excellent communication skills and a collaborative, can-do attitude that makes you thrive in a fast-moving startup environment.

An interest in wellness, nutrition, or premium food brands is a definite plus.
