The Role
This is a great opportunity to join a dynamic, data-driven marketing agency based on the South Coast, known for leveraging high-quality insights to create campaigns that deliver measurable results. This fast-moving agency is looking for a skilled Digital Media Manager to lead its digital media planning and buying team, working closely with a talented group of specialists.
This role is perfect for a seasoned digital media specialist looking to step into a management role. Reporting to the Media Director, you’ll be responsible for overseeing the agency’s growing digital media planning and buying division, with the chance to shape impactful digital strategies across channels including Google, Facebook, LinkedIn, programmatic, and native advertising. You’ll have a direct influence on client results and agency growth, collaborating across teams and managing relationships with key clients.
Skills and Experience
- Essential: Proficiency in Google Ads with relevant certifications, Paid Social (Meta and LinkedIn).
- Desirable: Experience with programmatic advertising, Amazon (AMS), and native advertising.
- Strong analytical skills with a strategic mindset.
- Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
- A team player with a proactive, “can-do” approach.
