Are you a Digital Marketing Specialist who can hit the ground running across paid search and social, while bringing broader digital skills to the table. This is an autonomous role where you’ll manage your own client accounts with confidence – communicating clearly, managing your time effectively, and delivering great results. You’ll have the freedom to get on with things, but with the support of a close-knit team that has your back.
The Role
As Digital Marketing Specialist, you’ll take ownership of a range of client accounts, acting as their go-to digital expert. Paid search and paid social will be at the heart of what you do, but the more strings to your bow – SEO, content, email, social media – the better.
You’ll be planning and running campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn and Bing, optimising for performance and ROI, and reporting back with clear, actionable insights. Alongside this, you’ll provide SEO audits and recommendations, support with content and landing page optimisation, and collaborate with internal colleagues to deliver creative, effective campaigns.
Client communication is key – you’ll build strong relationships, explain strategies in plain English, and keep everything running smoothly across multiple accounts.
Skills and Experience
- Has at least 3 years’ experience in a digital agency environment
- Has proven skills in paid search (Google Ads, Shopping) and paid social (Meta Ads)
- Additional digital skills (SEO, email, copywriting, content) is fab but not essential
- Understands GA4, Looker Studio, Google Tag Manager and wider analytics tools
- Is personable, professional, and confident in client communication
- Manages their time effectively across multiple accounts and deadlines
- Is proactive, organised, and thrives in a collaborative, team-first culture
