The role

We’re working with a well-established, market-leading business as they look to hire a Marketing Executive focused on Digital Optimisation and Conversion into their growing marketing team.

This is a data-driven, performance-focused role, ideal for someone with around 2+ years’ experience in digital marketing, CRO, or performance marketing who is looking to specialise and develop deeper expertise in conversion rate optimisation.

You’ll play a key role in improving customer journeys and driving conversion across the website and email channels. Working closely with the Head of Digital Marketing and wider teams, you’ll support the development and delivery of a CRO roadmap, helping to generate measurable improvements in engagement and lead generation.

The role involves analysing website performance using tools such as Google Analytics and Looker Studio, identifying opportunities for optimisation, and designing and executing A/B and multivariate tests. You’ll work with developers and agency partners to implement experiments, monitor performance, and translate data into clear, actionable insights.

You’ll also support the optimisation of partner journeys, contribute to personalisation initiatives, and ensure all digital content is accurate, compliant, and aligned with brand guidelines. This is a highly collaborative role that offers strong exposure to both technical and strategic aspects of digital marketing.

Skills and Experience

  • Previous experience in a Digital Marketing, CRO, Performance Marketing or similar role
  • Experience analysing performance data using tools such as Google Analytics and Looker Studio
  • Experience running or supporting A/B or multivariate testing
  • Understanding of website optimisation and customer journey improvement
  • Experience using or exposure to Google Tag Manager and CMS platforms
  • Basic understanding of HTML, CSS or JavaScript is advantageous
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into insights and recommendations
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
  • Strong communication skills and confidence working with internal stakeholders and external partners
  • Exposure to UAT, QA processes or tools such as Webflow is advantageous

Benefits
