The Role

Skills and Experience
We’re looking for someone who brings a rare mix of professionalism, drive, and real customer empathy. You should be:
- Experienced in a customer service or support role, ideally in a fast-paced retail or ecommerce environment
- Confident dealing with customer issues across email, phone and messaging platforms
- A natural communicator – calm under pressure, detail-focused, and solutions-driven
- Comfortable working flexibly, including evenings and weekends when required
- Able to build long-term customer relationships while protecting the brand’s reputation
- Passionate about sport, or at the very least, able to connect with a sports-obsessed customer base
- Confident using tools such as CRMs, internal systems, and courier tracking platforms
