The Role

Digital Tonic are so excited to be working alongside an industry leading nutrition brand in their hunt for a Customer Marketing Manager to join their team. This is an amazing opportunity to join a brand that is absolutely thriving and has a brilliant culture. This role will head up their grocery sector so you must have previous experience working in this. 

A crucial element of this role will be to develop and implement key customer marketing strategies in order to increase brand awareness and drive sales in the grocery/high street channels. You will work closely with both sales and category in order to bring marketing plans to life, this will include promotional plans and new product launches. 

This role will work closely with the design teams to bring to life engaging marketing collateral, POS stands and sales tools to have the best brand presence in store. Being such a reactive role you must immerse yourself in the mind and both new and existing consumers to identify current consumer trends and insights. 

Based in their HQ in Birmingham this role is hybrid 1-2 days a week. 

Skills and Experience 

• Proven experience working in a customer/trade/shopper marketing role within the grocery sector 
• Experience in creating and developing successful marketing campaigns 
• Excellent copywriting and verbal communications skills.
• Ability to think creatively and outside of the box, with a passion to drive results
• Good analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw insights to make data-driven decisions

Benefits

There is a salary on offer of £40k-£45k (plus bonuses), alongside 25 days of holiday (plus bank holiday and your birthday too!). They offer flexible working patterns, 1-2 office days per week and onsite parking too!
