The Role

Digital Tonic are thrilled to be exclusively partnering with The Leap as they look to recruit their first inhouse marketing role in Marlborough. We are looking for a Content Marketing Manager with previous experience within the B2C sector. The ideal candidate for this role will thrive on analysing current content plans and be able to plan and implement a long term content strategy, if this sounds like you I’d love to hear from you!

This role is filled with a lot of creative opportunities, but it is vital you are also able to monitor and report on content campaign results. You will assist in the project management of a brand new website, set to launch in the near future. Working closely with an SEO expert, you will help to add enriched content to the site including blogs and up to date travel trends. 

Due to the nature of the industry social media is an absolute vital channel for them, so you must have previous social media experience in both strategy and hands on content creation. You will create Instagram stills via Canva, whilst also working with video content to produce engaging TikTok content and reels.  This is a complete open book for them, so there is so much potential to really shape their channels for the audience.

Based in Marlborough, they are in the office 3 days per week with 2 home working days.

Skills and Experience 

• Previous experience within the B2C sector is a must, travel would be an added bonus
• Strong knowledge of content marketing – including Content Strategy, Social Media and Copywriting
• Ability to work independently and with external stakeholders on projects
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Knowledge of design tools such as Canva and Adobe Creative Cloud 

Benefits

There is a salary on offer of £35k. They also offer a performance bonus, a good holiday allowance and a hybrid structure of 2 home working days per week.
