The Role
Digital Tonic are working with an exciting higher education organisation in the South West that are looking for a creative and strategic Communications and Content Lead to elevate the organisations reputation through engaging and impactful communications. In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of driving the PR and content strategy, generating buzz and shaping how the world sees the company. You’ll collaborate with key stakeholders to craft compelling stories, boost the digital presence, and create content that resonates across multiple platforms.
The organisation has four campuses across the South West and offer hybrid working, with the opportunity to work from home once a week through term time and twice a week across half term and holidays.
Skills and Experience
- A strong background in content creation, including writing press releases, case studies, blog posts, and other promotional materials.
- Proven experience in using content to drive engagement and support marketing objectives.
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to develop and manage PR campaigns across both traditional and digital platforms.
- Experience with media relations and the ability to craft stories that attract attention.
- A collaborative mindset with a knack for building relationships across teams and departments.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
