Wiltshire Remote Full time

£30,000 - £35,000

The Role

We’re proud to be partnering exclusively with MEI (Mathematics in Education and Industry) — a nationally respected, mission-led charity at the heart of maths education in the UK. MEI plays a key role in shaping national policy and delivering professional development to teachers, helping improve student outcomes across the country.

With a fresh boost in government funding and exciting digital transformation underway, MEI is entering a pivotal phase. They’re rolling out a new Microsoft Dynamics CRM, streamlining their marketing systems, and continuing to expand their reach through impactful, data-led campaigns. To support this, we’re now hiring a Senior Marketing Campaign Executive on an initial 12-month FTC.

We’re looking for someone with hands-on experience delivering email and social media campaigns, ideally in a fairly fast-paced environment. You’ll be confident writing short form content, working with CRM and email marketing platforms and able to juggle multiple campaigns and deadlines with ease.

A proactive, organised mindset is key — this is a small team where everyone makes an impact, and your initiative will be valued from day one. You should be a strong communicator who enjoys working with a variety of stakeholders and is happy collaborating across teams. Familiarity with WordPress or other CMS tools will be useful, as would any experience with design software such as Canva or Adobe CC, but above all you’ll bring a real passion for education and a desire to contribute to something meaningful.

Skills and Experience

  • Experience running multi-channel marketing campaigns
  • Previous experience managing Social Media platforms professionally
  • Confident using CRM systems and email platforms
  • Strong communication skills, speaking with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Good organisational skills and attention to detail
  • A self-motivated team player who can manage multiple projects and deadlines
  • A passion for education and wanting to make a meaningful impact

Benefits

MEI offers a truly flexible and fully remote working environment where your contributions directly impact the future of maths education in the UK. You’ll join a passionate, collaborative team who care about doing work that makes a difference. Alongside a supportive culture, you’ll enjoy 25 days’ annual leave plus 2 additional days for the Christmas shut down, access to Simply Health, a Blue Light Card, and generous pension contributions. This is an opportunity to bring your skills to a respected national charity and be part of a wider movement that’s transforming education through digital innovation.
