Stroud Hybrid Full time, Permanent

£35,000 - £45,000

The Role

Are you a data-driven marketer with a knack for Amazon strategy and marketplace optimisation? We’re working with one of the UK’s most exciting health food brands, and they’re looking for an Amazon Marketplace Specialist to take the lead on their fast-growing Amazon channel, while also supporting their presence on leading grocery.com platforms like Ocado and Tesco.

This is a brilliant opportunity to join a challenger brand that’s shaking up the wellness space with a premium, ecommerce-first product range. Reporting into the wider digital team, you’ll take ownership of the brand’s Amazon account – optimising listings, implementing promotions, managing ad campaigns, and driving visibility and conversion. You’ll also support the retail team in developing digital promotional plans across grocery.com and collaborate with marketing and ecommerce on campaign execution.

This is a hybrid role based out of a beautiful Gloucestershire HQ, with one day per week in the office and the rest remote. If you’re a detail-focused marketplace specialist who enjoys owning performance and making strategic recommendations, this role offers a genuine opportunity to make your mark.

Skills and Experience

  • You will have at least 3 years of experience working in a similar Amazon or eCommerce role, ideally within a fast-paced, consumer-facing brand.
  • Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central and Amazon Ads, and you’re comfortable running optimised listings and performance campaigns end-to-end.
  • Strong analytical skills, able to interpret sales and traffic data, spot trends, and confidently report on performance with actionable insight.
  • An understanding of SEO principles for Amazon and experience enhancing search visibility and conversion through copy, keywords, and enriched content.
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities across platforms, including Amazon, Ocado, and Tesco.com, while contributing to wider campaign planning and execution.
  • Excellent research and communication skills, and a highly organised approach to managing product updates, promotions, and advertising schedules.
  • A genuine interest in the health and wellness space—if you believe in the product, you’ll bring energy and authenticity to your work.
  • The right to work and live in the UK.

Benefits

This is your chance to become a core member of a rapidly scaling brand with a loyal customer base and huge growth potential. You’ll receive a competitive salary along with EMI share options, so you can take a stake in the success you’re helping to drive. The role is remote-first with just 5 days per month in the office, giving you flexibility and balance, plus 25 days’ holiday and bank holidays on top. You’ll get the latest tech you need to do your job well, and there’s budget and paid time set aside for professional training and development. And of course, you’ll never run short of freebies.

Sound Good?

If you’re ready to take the reins of a fast-growing Amazon channel and play a key role in a bold, wellness-focused brand, we’d love to hear from you.
