We are thrilled to be working with a fantastic, Bristol-based digital marketing agency looking to bring an Account Manager into their team. Working across a portfolio of amazing clients, you will be an integral part of maintaining and building client relationships by keeping them up to date with campaign activity as well as being a key point of contact for questions or queries.
Having prior experience working in a client-facing or account management role will be necessary for this as you will need to be able to hit the ground running by speaking with clients and being able to effectively report on campaign activity. Moreover, having the ability to be proactive and efficiently prioritise tasks will be crucial in this role as every day will be different! As this role is with a digital marketing agency, having knowledge of digital marketing principles, specifically SEO and PPC will be ideal in order to decipher and explain briefs to clients and the wider team.

Skills and Experience
- At least 2 years in a client-facing role
- Be able to effectively prioritise tasks
- Have excellent communication skills with both clients and the wider team
- Be confident and outgoing
- Prior knowledge of SEO and PPC would be ideal but not essential
This role is hybrid with 3 days per week in the Brisol-based office. There are a number of benefits on offer such as regular staff socials, office dogs and early Friday finishes.
