The Role
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Account Manager to take ownership of a portfolio of clients, acting as their trusted marketing partner and helping to drive long-term business growth.
Working closely with both clients and internal specialists, you’ll develop marketing strategies, oversee campaign delivery and ensure every client receives an exceptional service. You’ll become the main point of contact, building strong relationships, identifying commercial opportunities and helping clients maximise the return on their marketing investment.
This is a consultative, client-facing role that would suit someone who enjoys building long-term relationships, solving business challenges and working within a fast-paced agency environment.
Skills & Experience
- Previous experience within an Account Manager, Client Services or similar client-facing position.
- Experience working within a marketing or digital agency environment.
- Strong relationship management skills with the ability to build trust and influence clients.
- Commercially minded with confidence identifying opportunities to grow client accounts.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach with excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of digital marketing channels, particularly Google Ads and SEO, would be advantageous.
- Previous experience within healthcare marketing or working with healthcare clients would be beneficial but isn’t essential.
