Working as part of a close-knit marketing team, you’ll play a key role in delivering coordinated campaigns across email and digital channels, helping to drive customer engagement, loyalty and revenue growth across multiple international markets.
We’re ideally looking for a Marketing Executive with previous experience within a B2C marketing environment and exposure to email and digital marketing. However, we’d also be keen to hear from ambitious marketers with strong organisational skills and a genuine passion for data-driven marketing who are looking to further develop their career within a premium consumer brand.
The Role
Reporting into the CRM and Performance Marketing Manager and working closely with the Ecommerce Manager, Designer and Social Media & Content Executive, you’ll support the planning and delivery of multi-channel marketing campaigns across a number of international regions.
This is a varied marketing role spanning email marketing, digital advertising, customer communications, analytics and campaign support. You’ll be responsible for building, testing and scheduling email campaigns, maintaining automated customer journeys and supporting digital advertising activity through creative briefing and asset management.
You’ll also support the day-to-day management of marketing data and analytics platforms, assist with copywriting and proofreading activities and contribute towards building customer loyalty through engaging, customer-first marketing campaigns. Success in this role will be measured through campaign performance, customer engagement and the efficient delivery of coordinated marketing activity across multiple channels and regions.
Skills and Experience
- Previous experience within a marketing role, ideally within a B2C environment
- Experience supporting email marketing campaigns and automated customer journeys
- Exposure to digital marketing channels and digital advertising activity
- Understanding of customer segmentation and database management principles
- An appreciation for the role data and analytics play in marketing performance
- Strong copywriting and proofreading skills with excellent attention to detail
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and exposure to marketing platforms and tools
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
- A proactive and adaptable approach, with the ability to thrive within a fast-paced and varied environment
- Strong communication skills and a genuine desire to learn and develop within marketing
