The role
We’re working with a premium British fashion brand as they look to hire a Senior Influencer Executive to support the continued growth of their influencer and creator marketing function.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong influencer marketing experience who enjoys building relationships, delivering creative campaigns and driving measurable commercial performance across creator partnerships.
You’ll work closely with the PR & Influencer Manager to support the development and execution of influencer strategy, managing campaigns from initial planning through to reporting and optimisation. This will involve identifying and nurturing relationships with influencers, negotiating partnerships and ensuring campaigns align with the wider brand aesthetic and commercial objectives .
A key part of the role is campaign execution and performance management. You’ll oversee influencer communications, manage content approvals, monitor campaign performance and provide insights to refine future activity. There is also a strong affiliate element, with responsibility for handling influencer commission activity and tracking affiliate sales across platforms including Klarna and LTK .
You’ll also support gifting campaigns, ensuring product is allocated effectively in line with campaign plans and the wider marketing calendar, as well as assisting with creator contracts, budget management and paid partnership activity.
Events are another important part of the role, with responsibility for supporting the planning and execution of brand and PR activations, ensuring strong influencer attendance and campaign amplification across social channels .
This is a varied position that would suit someone who thrives in a fast-paced consumer brand environment and enjoys balancing creative relationship management with performance-led campaign delivery.
Skills and Experience
- Proven experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships or social media marketing, ideally within fashion, beauty, lifestyle or consumer brands
- Strong understanding of the influencer landscape across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest and other key social platforms
- Experience managing influencer campaigns from briefing through to reporting and optimisation
- Confident relationship management and negotiation skills with influencers, agencies and talent managers
- Experience using influencer or affiliate platforms such as LTK, Hootsuite, Sprinklr or similar
- Commercial awareness with an understanding of affiliate marketing and campaign performance metrics
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously
- Experience supporting events, gifting programmes or PR activations would be highly beneficial
- Paid social experience would be advantageous but not essential
