We’re partnering with a highly successful and growing multi-brand business looking to add a talented Paid Media Manager to its in-house marketing team.

The Role
As Paid Media Manager, you’ll take ownership of Paid Social campaigns across Meta, while also supporting activity across Google Ads including Search, Performance Max, Listing Ads, and Demand Gen.
This is a hands-on role where you’ll be responsible for:
- Managing, optimising, and reporting on Meta campaigns
- Supporting Google Ads activity across Search, PMax, VLAs, and Demand Gen
- Developing paid media strategy across multiple brands
- Working closely with creative and marketing teams to brief high-performing ad content
- Testing new audiences, formats, messaging, and creative approaches
- Analysing campaign performance and turning insights into clear recommendations
- Keeping up to date with platform changes, trends, and new opportunities
- Sharing learnings with the wider team to improve future campaign performance
Skills and Experience
We’re looking for someone who has:
- Proven hands-on experience managing campaigns across Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads
- Strong knowledge of Paid Social strategy, optimisation, and performance marketing
- Experience using GA4 and campaign reporting dashboards
- A strong analytical mindset and the ability to turn data into insight
- A creative eye and the confidence to contribute ideas that improve ad performance
- Excellent organisation skills and the ability to manage multiple campaigns at once
- Clear communication skills, both written and verbal
- A proactive, collaborative approach and a genuine passion for digital marketing
Experience within automotive, retail, ecommerce, or multi-location businesses would be advantageous, but isn’t essential.
