Do you enjoy building and optimising high-performing paid media campaigns? Are you confident managing both PPC and Paid Social activity across multiple platforms? Looking for a role where you can take real ownership of campaign strategy and performance?
A growing full-service digital marketing agency is looking for a Paid Media Specialist to join their expanding Digital Marketing team based in Bristol.
The agency partners with a wide range of clients across eCommerce and B2C lead generation, delivering integrated digital marketing strategies that drive measurable results. With a strong reputation in the market and continued expansion across their services, they offer a collaborative environment where digital specialists can take ownership of campaigns and contribute strategically to client success.
The Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a performance-driven Paid Ads Specialist with experience across both Paid Search and Paid Social to manage and optimise campaigns across a diverse client portfolio.
You will play a key role in planning, launching and optimising multi-channel paid campaigns, ensuring activity aligns with client KPIs and wider commercial objectives. Working across platforms such as Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, Meta Ads and LinkedIn Ads, you will analyse performance data, run structured tests and continually refine campaigns to maximise efficiency and return on investment.
Your responsibilities will include developing paid media strategies across PPC and Paid Social channels, planning and launching campaigns across multiple platforms, and conducting keyword, audience and competitor research to identify growth opportunities. You will monitor and optimise campaign performance to improve key metrics such as conversion rate, CPA and ROAS while managing campaign budgets and ensuring activity remains within agreed spend levels.
The role will also involve implementing and maintaining accurate conversion tracking through tools such as Google Tag Manager and GA4, running A/B tests across ad copy, creative and audience targeting, and building clear performance reports and dashboards to communicate insights to both clients and internal teams. You will collaborate closely with wider digital teams including SEO, Content, Design and Development to ensure paid campaigns integrate effectively with broader marketing strategies.

This role would suit a Paid Media professional who is confident managing both PPC and Paid Social campaigns and enjoys working across multiple accounts in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven experience in a Paid Media or Paid Advertising role, ideally within a digital agency
• Hands-on experience managing campaigns across Google Ads and Paid Social platforms such as Meta and LinkedIn
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and translate insights into actionable improvements
• Experience implementing and managing conversion tracking and attribution
• Excellent written communication skills, particularly for ad copywriting and client reporting
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously
• Experience managing campaign budgets and monitoring spend pacing
• Confident communicating performance insights and recommendations to internal teams and clients
Benefits
As well as a competitive yearly salary between £32,000 – £38,000 depending on experience, the agency offers a supportive and collaborative working environment with a hybrid working model, requiring a minimum of two days per week in the office. Employees benefit from 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, alongside an allocated training budget to support ongoing professional development and clear opportunities for career progression as the business continues to grow.
