We’re partnering with a highly respected, well-established agency to find an Account Manager to join their collaborative, multi-skilled team. You’ll join a well-established, highly respected agency with a genuinely supportive and modern working culture. Hybrid working is standard, with a preference for two days per week in the Bath office, but there’s flexibility and trust around how people work best.

The Role

As Account Manager, you’ll act as the day-to-day lead across a portfolio of client accounts, building strong relationships and ensuring work is delivered smoothly, effectively and to a high standard.

You’ll spend time getting to know your clients properly, meeting them in person, understanding their challenges and ambitions, and working closely with internal specialists across CRM, data and marketing to deliver solutions that genuinely add value.

You’ll coordinate projects from brief through to delivery, ensuring timelines are clear, communication is seamless, and expectations are exceeded. You’ll also play a role in helping clients understand their data and customer journeys, supporting CRM and data-driven initiatives that improve engagement and performance.

This is a highly collaborative role, working as part of an experienced team in an agency environment that values curiosity, learning and client partnership.

Skills and Experience

  • You might come from a CRM agency, digital agency, integrated agency, or relevant in-house role at a not-for-profit, perhaps with a fundraising background and CRM exposure
  • You’ll love working with people and building strong, lasting client relationships, acting as a trusted point of contact
  • Has experience in account management, client services or managing stakeholder relationships
  • Has exposure to CRM, data marketing, customer insight or analytics modelling
  • Is organised, proactive and comfortable managing multiple projects
  • Communicates clearly and confidently with both clients and internal teams
