We’re partnering with a fast-growing, independent challenger brand operating within a highly regulated and competitive UK digital marketplace. Following strong domestic performance and a successful international launch, the business is now entering its next phase of expansion across additional regulated markets.

Founded by experienced industry operators, the company blends deep sector knowledge with modern, digital-first execution. Integrity, commercial discipline and long-term customer value sit at the core of everything they do.

As they scale, they are strengthening their leadership team and are now seeking a Head of Organic Growth to build a sustainable, high-performance organic acquisition engine.

The Role

This is a senior, hands-on leadership role with full ownership of the company’s long-term organic growth strategy.

You will be responsible for building and executing a robust organic acquisition framework across: Technical SEO strategy and site architecture, content strategy and editorial direction, authority building and digital PR, organic social (strategic oversight rather than day-to-day posting).

You’ll lead SEO performance across multiple product verticals, ensuring strong technical foundations, scalable content architecture and authoritative positioning in competitive search environments.

The role goes beyond traffic generation – you’ll own commercially meaningful metrics including branded search growth, rankings, revenue contribution and assisted conversions.

Working cross-functionally with Product, CRM, Paid Media, Affiliates, Compliance and Customer teams, you’ll ensure organic growth is commercially strong, strategically aligned and sustainable.

This role would suit a commercially minded organic growth leader who understands regulated environments and values long-term brand equity over short-term gains.

Skills and Experience

  • Proven experience leading SEO and organic growth at a senior level

  • Demonstrable success building sustainable organic growth in highly competitive search landscapes

  • Deep understanding of E-E-A-T, content authority and Google algorithm dynamics

  • Strong technical SEO knowledge and experience improving site foundations

  • Experience developing digital PR and authority-building strategies

  • Analytical and commercially focused mindset with ownership of performance outcomes

  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally in regulated or compliance-led environments

  • Pragmatic, disciplined and strategic approach to growth
