We’re partnering with a specialist growth agency that works with ambitious brands across sectors like food, drink, beauty and wellness. They’re looking for a Paid Media Executive to support the delivery and optimisation of paid media campaigns, while continuing to develop their technical skills and strategic understanding.

The Role
As Paid Media Executive, you’ll support the planning, implementation and optimisation of campaigns across Meta and Google Ads, working closely with senior team members to deliver strong performance across a range of ecommerce clients.
You’ll be involved in campaign setup, audience targeting, creative testing, bid optimisation and performance monitoring, helping ensure campaigns are structured effectively and continuously improving. You’ll also support reporting, analysing performance data and contributing ideas to improve results.
Over time, you’ll take increasing ownership of campaigns and client accounts as your confidence and experience grow. You’ll also gain exposure to emerging channels such as TikTok and Pinterest, broadening your paid media skillset.
Skills and Experience
- Has c2+ years’ experience in paid media, PPC or performance marketing
- Has hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads
- Is analytically minded and comfortable working with performance data
- Has strong attention to detail and enjoys structured campaign management
- Is proactive, curious, and eager to learn
- Communicates clearly and enjoys working as part of a team
- Has agency or ecommerce experience (helpful but not essential)
