We’re partnering with a fast-growing, founder-led UK DTC eCommerce brand in the beauty space that has built a loyal and engaged customer base within its niche. Having established strong foundations, the business is now focused on structured, data-driven scale.
This is a lean, ambitious environment where performance is measured openly, ideas are tested quickly, and results genuinely matter. You’ll work closely with the CEO, gaining direct exposure to strategic decisions while taking real ownership of growth execution.
The Role
This is a hands-on, full-funnel Performance & Growth role for someone who wants to become a true DTC growth operator rather than just a channel specialist. While Meta is a core acquisition lever, your remit extends across paid social, CRO, offers, landing pages, email and retention.
You’ll be responsible for driving creative testing velocity, improving funnel performance, and optimising key commercial metrics including CAC, CVR and AOV. Strategy will be set collaboratively, but you’ll be trusted to independently execute, test and iterate at pace. Success means consistent experimentation, improved revenue efficiency and meaningful impact on the business.
Skills and Experience
- 2–5 years’ experience in DTC growth or performance marketing
- Direct, hands-on ownership of Meta Ads Manager
- Strong understanding of direct response marketing and persuasion principles
- Experience running CRO and offer testing across landing pages, PDP and checkout
- Comfortable operating independently with minimal supervision
- Proficient in Shopify, GA4 and spreadsheets
- UK-based and fluent in English
