Melksham Hybrid Contract, Full time

£38,000 - £45,000

The Role

We’re supporting a growing eCommerce brand through an exciting period as they hire a Marketing Manager on a 12-month FTC. This is a hands-on role focused on delivering against an already established marketing plan, managing agency partners and leading the execution of content and campaigns. You’ll take ownership of day-to-day marketing activity, keep momentum across multiple channels and ensure the team delivers consistent, high-quality work.

You’ll line manage the Marketing Executive, oversee five agencies across digital, print, web and EU markets, and act as the point of coordination for TV, events, email and content initiatives. There’s real breadth here, from long-form blogs and printed pieces to email campaigns, social content, photoshoots and the coordination of national award programmes. Occasional nights away will be needed for events and shows.

This role is four days per week in the office with one day from home. You’ll also need to be confident using Excel for reporting, including vlookups and pivot tables.

Skills and Experience

  • Strong marketing experience with clear involvement in delivering campaigns and content
  • Comfortable managing agencies and suppliers, ensuring campaigns run to plan
  • Experience line managing or mentoring at least one direct report
  • Confident producing long-form and short-form content across multiple channels
  • Good email marketing experience, ideally with HubSpot or similar CRM tools
  • Able to coordinate events, shows, photoshoots and award programmes
  • Highly organised, proactive and capable of balancing multiple moving parts
  • Creative mindset with the confidence to contribute ideas
  • Competent in Excel, with the ability to use VLOOKUP and pivot tables for reporting

Benefits

There’s a good salary on offer (£38k-£45k) and you’ll be joining a genuinely lovely team who value creativity, collaboration and a down-to-earth working style. The business is growing fast and the work is varied, interesting and full of opportunity to make an impact. The culture is relaxed and supportive, with hybrid working, flexible hours and parking on site.
