We’re working with a fast-growing performance marketing agency that partners with ambitious consumer brands across eCommerce, retail, and DTC sectors. Their focus is helping clients scale through smart, data-driven digital advertising.

They’re now looking for a Paid Social Manager to join their talented team. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys taking ownership of campaigns, collaborating with creatives, and delivering measurable results.

The Role

As a Paid Social Manager, you’ll manage campaigns across platforms including Meta, TikTok, and Snapchat, working from strategy through to delivery. You’ll build, optimise, and analyse campaigns to ensure strong ROI and continuous improvement.

You’ll collaborate closely with the paid social lead and the creative team – turning ideas into performance-focused campaigns that really deliver.

Skills and Experience

  • Build, launch, and optimise paid social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and Snapchat

  • Monitor performance and deliver actionable insights to improve results

  • Contribute to paid social strategies and testing roadmaps

  • Write ad copy and collaborate with designers to develop creative assets

  • Prepare reports and present performance insights to clients

  • Keep up to date with platform updates, algorithm changes, and new features

  • Support client communication and relationship-building

You’ll bring around two to four years’ experience in a paid social role, ideally within an agency environment, and be confident managing campaigns on Meta Ads Manager. Experience with TikTok and Snapchat is a real plus.

We’re looking for someone who combines strong analytical skills with creative thinking – a proactive team player who’s commercially aware, detail-oriented, and hungry to learn.
