The Role

Are you a natural organiser who thrives on improving processes, supporting people, and driving operational excellence? Would you enjoy shaping how an agency runs and helping both the team and clients have the best possible experience?

We’re hiring an Operations Manager for a digital marketing agency that’s growing and looking for someone to take full ownership of operations. You’ll oversee capacity planning, team performance, workflow management, process development, and cultural support. You’ll be the go-to person for staff, ensuring they have what they need to perform at their best and feeding key insights into senior leadership.

You’ll also support finance operations, manage client check-ins, and identify roadblocks or risks before they escalate. A strong understanding of digital marketing channels such as Meta, Google, and Email will help you communicate confidently across the business, even though you won’t deliver campaigns yourself.

Skills & Responsibilities

  • Act as the main daily contact for the team and support agency culture

  • Gather staff feedback, challenges, and development needs

  • Lead capacity planning, workload monitoring, and performance tracking

  • Own workflow management and refine operational processes

  • Support agency documentation, systems, and internal organisation

  • Oversee invoice chasing and internal finance operations

  • Communicate professionally with clients across ops and finance topics

  • Conduct structured client check-ins to gather feedback

  • Escalate risks, concerns, or client challenges to leadership

  • Confident understanding of Meta, Google, and Email services
