The Role
We’re looking for a passionate and results-driven PPC Executive to join a growing independent digital marketing agency that thrives on creativity, collaboration, and curiosity. You’ll be joining a talented team that genuinely values your ideas and offers the freedom to make an impact from day one.
In this role, you’ll work closely with the Account Manager and wider digital team to plan, manage, and optimise paid campaigns across multiple platforms – from Google and Bing to Meta, TikTok, and beyond. You’ll dive deep into data, uncover insights, and make smart, data-led decisions to maximise ROI and deliver measurable results for clients.
Your days will be varied – crafting compelling ad copy, building new campaigns, analysing performance, experimenting with tests and targeting, and staying one step ahead of trends and technologies in the ever-evolving paid media landscape. You’ll have the opportunity to collaborate with creative and technical colleagues, contribute to full-funnel marketing strategies, and present your ideas and results directly to clients.

Skills and Experience
- 
At least one year’s experience in digital marketing, ideally focused on PPC and paid media
 - 
Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Bing Ads, and social platforms such as Meta or TikTok
 - 
Confident understanding of GA4, Google Tag Manager, and media buying principles
 - 
Excellent analytical skills and the ability to translate data into clear, actionable insights
 - 
Strong written and verbal communication skills
 - 
Highly organised with great attention to detail
 - 
A self-starter with a proactive approach and a genuine passion for digital marketing
 - 
Eager to learn, adapt, and thrive in a fast-paced environment

The role offers a salary between £24,000 and £32,000, depending on experience, with hybrid working – three days in the office and two from home.
