Circa. £45,000

The Role

We’re working with an established ecommerce business within the early years and lifestyle sector who are looking for a commercially minded Amazon Marketplace Manager to take ownership of its Amazon sales channel and drive profitable growth. This is a key role managing all aspects of Amazon – from Seller Central and FBA operations through to listings, advertising, and performance analysis. The business has seen strong growth across its product portfolio and is ready to take its Amazon channel to the next level.

Working closely with a small, collaborative digital team, you’ll be responsible for maintaining strong performance across listings, profit margins, and account health. Your hands-on experience with Amazon PPC will help optimise campaigns, improve efficiency, and uncover new opportunities for sales growth.

This is a part-time position (minimum 3 days per week), ideal for someone who enjoys the detail and analytics behind Amazon and wants to make a tangible impact in a fast-moving, purpose-led business.

Skills and Experience

We’re looking for someone who can:

  • Confidently manage Seller Central accounts

  • Oversee Amazon FBA operations including stock levels, replenishment, and performance monitoring

  • Create and optimise product listings across titles, descriptions, A+ content, and backend keywords

  • Run and manage Amazon PPC campaigns, tracking ROI, ACoS, and overall profitability

  • Analyse performance data to make informed, commercial decisions that drive growth

  • Stay up to date with Amazon policies, account health, and competitor activity

  • Collaborate effectively with internal teams across sales, marketing, and fulfilment

You’ll ideally bring:

  • Proven experience managing successful Amazon accounts (FBA, Seller Central, or Vendor Central)

  • Strong understanding of Amazon Ads/PPC, including keyword bidding and campaign optimisation

  • A commercial mindset with experience managing margins and profit levels

  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work independently

  • Knowledge of D2C ecommerce best practices

  • Experience with Meta or Google Ads is desirable but not essential

Benefits

You’ll join a friendly, supportive team in a business that’s passionate about delivering quality, innovative products for families. The role offers the flexibility of part-time working (minimum three days per week), a competitive pro-rata salary, and the opportunity to make a visible difference in a growing sales channel. The culture values trust, flexibility, and collaboration.
