£38,000 - £43,000
Are you an experienced paid media specialist who loves managing campaigns end-to-end and seeing the results roll in? Do you want the freedom to take ownership of strategy, implementation, and optimisation across high-value accounts, while being part of a lovely, supportive team in a growing agency?
We’re working with one of Bristol’s leading digital agencies to find a Paid Media Manager who can take the lead on performance marketing across search and social. You’ll manage significant ad budgets (c£100k+ per month), oversee multiple campaigns at once, and play a key role in shaping how paid media is delivered as the agency continues to grow.
The Role
You’ll manage paid campaigns from strategy through to execution, optimisation, and reporting, driving measurable results for clients across multiple industries. With around 20 campaigns running at any one time, you’ll need to be highly organised, detail-oriented, and confident prioritising your time effectively.
While this isn’t a client-facing account management role, you’ll still have the confidence to meet with clients when needed as the paid media specialist – using your specialist insight to translate data into meaningful insights and recommendations.
You’ll work closely with freelancers to deliver work efficiently, ensuring quality and consistency. You won’t need prior management experience, but you’ll be trusted to flag when additional freelance support is needed and help coordinate delivery across projects.
This is a hands-on, high impact role where you’ll have real autonomy to make decisions, shape performance frameworks, and contribute to how paid media evolves within the agency.
Skills and Experience
- At least 3 years’ experience in paid media, ideally agency-side due to the number of concurrent campaigns. That said, we’re happy to consider in-house experience if you can demonstrate that you’ve worked on multiple campaigns at once.
- Confident managing campaigns end-to-end across Google Ads and Meta (LinkedIn/TikTok a plus)
- Experience managing decent sized ad budgets
- Understands performance marketing inside-out, from tracking and CRO to data-led optimisation
- Highly organised, able to juggle multiple campaigns and priorities
- Proactive, commercially minded, and comfortable working autonomously
- The confidence and gravitas to represent the paid media function in client conversations
Benefits
You’ll be joining a growing independent agency with a brilliant reputation, a friendly culture, and a flexible hybrid setup (3 days in the Bristol office). You’ll get a great salary and lots of lovely benefits.
There’s huge scope for growth as the agency and this role continue to expand, making it the perfect opportunity for someone who wants to make their mark and progress in a supportive, ambitious team.
