Bristol Hybrid Full time, Permanent

£40,000 - £50,000

Are you a creative storyteller who loves bringing ideas to life through photography, video, and social-first content? Do you thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where no two days are the same?  Want to work for a successful eCommerce brand with a great reputation and genuine purpose?  This could be for you.

We’re looking for a hands-on Content Creator & Producer to shape this wonderful brand’s online presence – creating beautiful, engaging content that connects with their passionate community and elevates the visual identity. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who’s as comfortable behind the camera as they are managing shoots, curating content calendars, and spotting new ways to tell stories that resonate.

The Role

As Content Creator & Producer, you’ll take ownership of content development across photography, video, copy, and graphics from idea to execution. You’ll plan and manage eCommerce and brand shoots, working with stylists, models, and photographers to deliver assets that reflect our aesthetic and values.

You’ll also lead on creating social-first content for Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and more, experimenting with reels, stories, and editorial campaigns to keep our channels fresh and engaging. Alongside content creation, you’ll manage the day-to-day running of social media, from scheduling posts to community engagement, and guide junior team members to deliver high-quality output.

Collaboration is key: you’ll work closely with colleagues across brand, PR, digital, product, and eCommerce to ensure campaigns are cohesive, impactful, and aligned with commercial priorities.

Skills and Experience

  • Has 4–5+ years’ experience in content creation or production, ideally in fashion, lifestyle, or DTC brands
  • Can show a strong portfolio of photography, video, and social-first content
  • Has experience managing e-commerce or brand shoots end-to-end
  • Is confident using tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and CapCut (or similar)
  • Understands social algorithms, trends, and best practices (especially Instagram & TikTok)
  • Balances creativity with organisation – able to storyboard one day and manage shoot logistics the next
  • Experienced in community management, bringing a natural feel for style, brand storytelling, and audience connection
  • Experience of managing a direct report would be a big plus as you’ll mentor a junior social specialist

Benefits

You’ll join a supportive, creative team with a culture that values collaboration and innovation. You’ll have a host of fantastic benefits and plenty of opportunities to contribute ideas and make an impact.
