Are you a creative email marketer who loves turning data into powerful, personalised campaigns? We’re working with a fast-paced health and wellbeing company based in Bristol that is looking for an Email Marketing Executive to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of end-to-end campaigns in a business that’s constantly evolving — and to grow your skills alongside a supportive, ambitious marketing team.

The Role

As Email Marketing Executive, you’ll be responsible for planning, building, and delivering BAU, lifecycle, and replenishment email campaigns. You’ll use segmentation and data insights to ensure messages are targeted and relevant, while testing new approaches to maximise performance. Working closely with design, content, and trading teams, you’ll play a key role in shaping how the brand communicates with its customers every day.

Skills and Experience

• You’ll have at least 1 year’s experience in email marketing, CRM, or digital marketing (ideally ecommerce).
• You’ll bring proven experience delivering campaigns end-to-end, from planning through to analysis.
• You’ll have excellent written communication skills and a sharp eye for detail.
• You’ll feel confident working with data and using insights to optimise campaigns.
• You’ll be highly organised, able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• You’ll be familiar with ESP/CRM platforms (e.g., Klaviyo, Mailchimp, Bloomreach) — or keen to learn quickly.
• You’ll ideally have some basic HTML knowledge, though this isn’t essential.
