We’re looking for a creative, strategic, and hands-on Social Media Manager to take ownership of organic social channels to truly connect this wonderful brand with the community at its heart. This is a newly created role for someone who thrives on creating authentic, resonant content that sparks conversation and builds genuine connections — rather than churned-out, disconnected influencer posts.
The Role
In this role, you’ll lead the creation and execution of the organic social media strategy across Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn, Facebook, and beyond. You’ll plan and manage a dynamic content calendar, produce standout short-form video, direct photo shoots, and create content that feels alive, relevant, and deeply connected to the audience.
Community is at the core of this role — you’ll be actively present in the comments, DMs, and conversations that matter, building trust and engagement day by day. You’ll identify and collaborate with the right creators, contributors, and brand advocates to tell real stories that the audience genuinely cares about.
You’ll stay on top of social trends, platform updates, and emerging formats, adapting them to fit the voice and values. You’ll work closely with other teams to integrate social into key launches, campaigns, and commercial moments—making sure everything feels consistent, inspiring, and true to the community’s roots.
Skills and Experience
- 5+ years’ experience managing social media for fashion, lifestyle, or direct-to-consumer brands
- Can create and edit short-form video, direct and produce photo shoots, and deliver visually distinctive content
- Excels at community management—engaging authentically, responding quickly, and fostering two-way conversations
- Understands platform algorithms, best practices, and emerging trends—especially on TikTok and Instagram
- Able to blend creative vision with an analytical mindset—generating content ideas and backing them with performance data
- Strong writing skills and an instinct for visual storytelling
- Brings a contemporary, trend-aware approach without losing sight of brand authenticity and audience connection
