The Role
We’re working with a growing digital marketing agency partnering with ambitious brands across the automotive, hospitality, and B2B sectors. They’re looking to hire a Digital Marketing Executive to support the delivery of high-impact, data-driven campaigns across paid media, social channels and more.
This is a hands-on, varied role where you’ll help plan and manage ad campaigns, create content, and track performance across platforms like Google Ads, Meta, Instagram, and LinkedIn. You’ll also support on creative production and get involved in campaign strategy and client reporting.
You’ll work directly with the founder and collaborate across a small, fast-moving team – ideal for someone looking to gain broad exposure in a results-focused agency environment. This is a brilliant opportunity for a digitally confident marketer ready to level up in a performance-driven setting.
Skills and Experience

Experience running Meta and/or Google Ads campaigns would be beneficial

Comfortable using scheduling tools and managing social accounts (LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, etc.)

Confident creating visuals using Canva, Photoshop, or similar

Analytical mindset – able to understand and act on campaign performance data

Strong written communication and attention to detail

Video editing or motion graphics skills, experience with email tools like Klaviyo or Mailchimp and familiarity with tools like Notion or Asana would all be a bonus
