The Role
Are you an experienced Performance/Growth Marketer with a strong background in paid media? Then we’d love to hear from you. We are supporting a hugely successful eCommerce brand as they look to recruit a driven Performance Marketing Manager with expertise in managing Meta and Google ad accounts. In this role, you’ll be responsible for driving efficiencies, scaling performance, and acquiring new customers through high-performing paid media strategies, working as part of a wider Growth Marketing team.
This hands-on position requires in-depth experience with campaign strategy, development, optimisation, and budget management. It’s hugely beneficial if you come from an eCommerce background or have worked in an agency where the core focus is working with online retail/DTC clients. You’ll collaborate closely with the Head of Growth to refine and execute a comprehensive cross-platform paid media strategy, all while ensuring the continued growth of the brand’s digital presence.
You will also take ownership of the affiliate marketing program, identifying and managing relationships with partners who align with the brand’s values and commercial goals.
This is a varied role which will see you managing Meta and Google Ads accounts on a day-to-day basis, optimising for performance and customer acquisition. You’ll also continuously test and iterate on creative, audiences, and bidding strategies as well as optimising landing pages to drive conversions. Alongside this, you will support the strategic direction of the paid media channel whilst also working being involved more loosely with other channels such as SEO.
Skills and Experience
- Proven experience managing significant budgets on Meta and Google Ads.
- Strong understanding of performance marketing principles, including audience segmentation, attribution, and conversion rate optimisation.
- Demonstrated ability to scale campaigns efficiently while maintaining high ROI.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager, Google Ads, and other relevant tools such as Google Shopping/Performance Max
- Experience with affiliate marketing programs or working with affiliate partners is a plus.
- Ability to analyse data, extract insights, and implement actionable strategies.
- Comfortable managing multiple campaigns in a fast-paced environment.
- A growth mindset with a keen interest in performance improvement and testing new approaches.
Benefits
Depending on experience, there is a salary on offer of £35-45k. In addition, there is a competitive benefits package of 25 days’ holiday plus Bank Holidays, private healthcare, life insurance, and excellent staff discount on products. This is a hybrid pattern where you will be required in the South Devon office at least 1 day a week.
