The Role

We’re looking for an experienced Head of Marketing to join a fast-growing consumer brand in the beauty sector. This is a high-impact leadership role, where you’ll take full ownership of marketing strategy, driving D2C, retail, and international growth. You’ll work closely with the leadership team to scale the business from £7M to £50M in revenue, overseeing everything from social commerce and influencer marketing and brand expansion.

Working in-house as part of a fast-paced and creative team, you’ll develop a data-driven marketing strategy, manage budgets, and lead a growing marketing function. If you’re a strategic and commercially focused marketing leader with a passion for beauty, eCommerce, and retail growth, this could be the perfect opportunity.

Skills and Experience

• Proven experience as a Head of Marketing, Marketing Director, or Senior Marketing Manager within beauty, fashion, or lifestyle brands.
• Strong background in digital marketing, eCommerce, and performance marketing (PPC, SEO, paid social).
• Deep understanding of TikTok, influencer marketing, and social commerce.
• Experience in retail marketing & POS performance tracking – ideally with brands in Boots, Superdrug, or similar retailers.
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret analytics and drive decision-making.
• Ability to work at both strategic and executional levels, thriving in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Experience in international expansion (highly desirable).
