The Role

We are thrilled to be working with a digital marketing agency based down in Falmouth, Cornwall as they look to recruit a Paid Media Specialist to join their team. Coming into this role you will have the opportunity to work with a number of clients across eCommerce, hospitality and travel to build and manage their paid media campaigns across channels such as Google and Meta. 

You must have excellent hands-on experience with managing both paid seach and social campaigns with Google and Meta Ads being necessary. Other desirable channels include Amazon, TikTok and Pinterest. You will be hands-on with the execution, optimisation and reporting of paid media campaigns. Moreover, you will also be a key point of contact for your dedicated client base, so having prior client-facing experience would be ideal, but not a necessity.  

The office is based in scenic Falmouth and you will need to be in the office a minimum of 3 days per week. The wider team are highly experienced and knowledgeable, so this is an amazing opportunity to join a team where you can develop and grow your paid media skills. 

Skills and Experience 

  • At least 2 years of hands-on paid media management experience
  • Agency and client-facing experience is desirable 
  • Have strong knowledge of both paid seach and social 
  • Be able to effectively utilise data and reporting tools such as GA4 
  • The ability to work well independently and well as part of a team.

Benefits

This role offers a salary of up to £29k. There is a hybrid working model in place with 2 days working from home and 3 days in the office.
