Life before Digital Tonic

After graduating with a degree in Drama from Bristol Uni, I performed at Edinburgh Fringe and did an internship as a cameraman at ITV before settling in Bristol permanently and finding a home in recruitment. I started my recruitment journey in 2011 and have worked as a marketing and comms recruitment specialist since 2012, rising from a fresh faced Resourcer to a grizzled old Principal Consultant. In that time I’ve helped hundreds of candidates to find jobs and have supported incredible blue-chip brands and marketing agencies of all sizes to unearth the best talent.

My role at Digital Tonic

I work in partnership with agencies and in-house brands to source game-changing digital talent that will take their business to the next level. A business’s staff are its biggest asset, so my work has a huge impact, allowing them to get the edge on their competition. I pride myself on being a good bloke and love to help and support candidates to land their dream role. My c14 years experience means I can keep things stress-free and fun.

Life away from recruitment

I have a two beautiful daughters and a wonderful wife who rocks my world every single day. My wife and I are passionate cooks and spend our weekends crafting great food and drinking great wine. We love to get out into the countryside on dog walks, and when I’m not walking the dog, you’ll find me shouting at the TV as Leeds United or England slump to another crushing disappointment in the football. We’re lucky to have lots of incredible friends and family and love to travel the world and sample other cultures.
