The Role

Digital Tonic are delighted to be working exclusively with People for Research – an exciting research business based in Bristol, as they look to recruit a new Digital Marketing Manager to lead the team. This is an incredibly exciting time for the business as they look to grow their Brand and continue to be the most trusted participant recruitment organisation in the UK.

This role plays a key feature in leading the small Marketing team, using email, web and the database to recruit participants for some leading Government and Private sector organisations that are looking to carry out research projects. The role offers a fantastic opportunity to bring fresh and creative ideas to showcase your Digital Marketing skills to attract new participants to the landing page and increase traffic.

You will be a Digital marketer with experience of managing and developing staff, improving marketing outreach, managing a Marketing budget whilst reporting back on key metrics. This role offers good career growth prospects, with the opportunity to progress to the SLT.

Skills and Experience

• Strong management skills with the ability to delegate tasks
• Oversee the setup and segmentation of projects
• Working experience of email campaigns, with knowledge of data segmentation and ideally automation experience
• Ideally you will have some experience of building paid media campaigns, and utilising Google Analytics
• Ability to lead and execute SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing based campaigns
• You will have a keen eye for spotting consumer trends and developing key insights
• As well as managing the small team, you’ll also be comfortable rolling up your sleeves and being hands on when needed

Benefits

There’s a good starting salary on offer (up to £45k), with a small company performance related bonus available. There’s hybrid working, with the ability to work from home 2 days a week and opportunity to wrap up the week at 2pm on a Friday when all tasks are completed.
