The Role

We are excited to be partnering with a leading outdoor lifestyle brand that is expanding its fast-growing eCommerce division. The company is on the hunt for a talented and motivated Email Marketing Specialist to join their team and play a crucial role in driving customer engagement and online sales through impactful email marketing campaigns.

Based in a purpose-built HQ in the beautiful South Devon countryside, this is a full-time, permanent position that offers a unique chance to be part of a high-performing, dynamic team. You will be responsible for developing and executing email campaigns that enhance brand visibility, boost sales, and increase customer retention.

In this role, you will plan and execute strategic email campaigns, oversee list segmentation, and collaborate with in-house teams to create compelling content. They will monitor key performance metrics, refine automated workflows, and stay updated on industry trends. Responsibilities include A/B testing for optimization, aligning email strategies with company goals, and driving list growth through targeted acquisition and retention strategies.

Skills and Experience 

• Proven experience in email or digital marketing, particularly in campaign strategy and execution.
• Expertise in Klaviyo or similar email marketing platforms.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and improve performance.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.
